Merchandise Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare products)
  • Customized or personalized items
3. Return Process
  • Contact our customer service team at support@easternvahc.com to initiate a return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Include the proof of purchase and the return authorization number provided by customer service.

4. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at support@easternvahc.com.
  • For size exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@easternvahc.com.
7. Final Sale and Special Order Items
  • Final Sales and Special Order items are not returnable. Final Sale items will be distinguished by ending in $.97. No Exceptions.
  • Special Item orders will only be exchanged due to damage in transit or manufacturer defect. No Exceptions.

Extra Hour Membership Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 2024
1. Introduction
We value our clients and strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require clients to cancel their services. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services can be canceled.
2. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their services under the following conditions:
  • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 30 days notice for cancellation.
  • Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@easternvahc.com or through our customer service portal at [insert website/portal link].
3. Cancellation Fees
Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following fees may apply:
  • Appointments must be canceled prior to 24 hours of starting time. If appointment is canceled within the 24 hour period, 100% of the service fee will be charged. 
  • For recurring appointments, after 3 cancellations in a row, EVHC will not guarantee appointment time for client. Time of appointment may be changed. Fees may incur.
  • Membership cancelled will be prorated to accommodate 30 day cancellation period.
  • EVHC reserves the right to refund or issue credits on a case-by-case issue.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Custom or personalized services
  • Services that require a significant upfront investment
  • Special promotions or discounted services
5. Rescheduling
Clients who wish to reschedule their services must provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
6. Cancellation by EVHC
We reserve the right to cancel services under the following conditions:
  • Non-Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, services may be canceled.
  • Client Misconduct: If a client violates our terms of service or engages in inappropriate behavior. Cancellation by Client Misconduct immediately forefits any fees for the contract period.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other emergencies.
In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.
7. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
