Whether you’re perfecting a skill, trying something new, or building stamina, our synthetic ice treadmills are designed to elevate your performance. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and AI tracking, we map your progress to ensure measurable improvements every step of the way.

Only Available with Certified Coaches
To ensure optimal results, our treadmills are used exclusively under the guidance of certified coaches, providing you with expert feedback and personalized training.

Shooting Lanes

Perfect your stick handling, shooting, passing, and more—all on our synthetic ice. Whether you’re following our Workouts of the Day, working with private coaching, or training on your own, you can level up your skills anytime, no ice required.

Shooting lanes have daily schedules to accommodate open ice and private ice times. Please check availability.

Goalie Corner

Goalies, it’s your time to shine! Our Goalie Corner is designed specifically for you to perfect the T-push, slides, and glove saves. With multiple nets and dedicated areas to focus on your post-action techniques, we’ve created the perfect environment to elevate your game.

Train on your own or with one of our certified goalie coaches for expert guidance and personalized drills.
